Wildflower Walk

Early wildflowers bloom in forests before the trees leaf out and block the sunlight. They provide a burst of color and an early-spring pollen source.  Join botanist Lisa Gould on a ramble to discover wildflowers blooming in the Gateway Nature Preserve. We’ll make other spring discoveries, as well!

Wear sturdy shoes and long pants to minimize contact with thorns, etc.

We will meet in the Washington Park parking lot off South Broad St. For more information: gatewaynaturecenter@gmail.com.
