An Invitation to Join the Gateway Community

Gateway Nature Preserve is excited to announce a new membership program and we want invite you to become a member! With the launch of our new website, we’ve launched our first-ever membership program.

Why is a membership program important to Gateway’s future?
Building a group of benefactors will help us develop site improvements, expand educational programs, and extend our outreach. Having a strong membership base demonstrates our support within the community, and allows Gateway to continue its mission.

Last year, community support allowed us to:
*Offer eighteen free community events and educational workshops, plus participate in Forsyth Creek Week and the Piedmont Earth Day Fair.
*Sponsor company volunteer groups to work in our Pollinator Garden and clean up the nature preserve along Salem Creek Greenway.
*Host projects by Eagle Scout groups to help them earn their badges.

We know you share many of the same values that have inspired Gateway’s mission. Whether it’s protecting urban wildlife habitat, providing a place for families to enjoy the outdoors, or inspiring people to become environmental stewards, there is space for everyone at Gateway.

Please consider joining our membership program so we can work together toward a more sustainable and inclusive environment. Individual memberships begin at $35; student memberships at $15. For more information, please visit our support page.
